Abstract Submission Guidelines

In order for your abstract to be considered, please follow the instructions below.

Download the Abstract Template. Follow the formatting instructions on the template.
Author to present must be the first name mentioned in the “Authors” section.
Please input the names of the affiliations, but do not put the address. Limit to 100 words.
Abstract body is limited to 250 words.

If the above guidelines are not followed, your abstract will not be considered. Please take the extra time to ensure the proper formatting of your abstract!

Registration is limited to 400, and the event typically sells out. Late registrations after October 1st, if available, will be $250. If you are processing multiple registrations, please make sure to take a few minutes in between each registration and only click "submit" once per registration.
