We applied a 35 marker pen-leukocyte panel and could uncover 23 leukocyte populations including known and unknown subsets. The clustering of the data was performed with the PhenoGraph algorithm. This picture was also selected as the cover picture of the June issue of Circulation Research.

Circos plot representative of total and filtered mutations identified from RNA-Seq of murine squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) VII, selected neoantigenic peptides, and pooled/single peptide IFN-γ ELISPOT results. Outside to inside tracks are arranged as 1.) chromosome with Mb labels of physical distance, 2.) somatic mutations, 3.) somatic strict mutations, 4.) RNA Alt Freq, and 5.) selected peptides. Inner region summarizes significant IFN-γ ELISPOT results where ribbons and gene names represent peptide pools or individual peptides, respectively (Pool_9 = red, Pool_10 = orange, Pool_11 = green, Pool_13 = purple, Pool_14 = blue, and Pool_15 = magenta). Size of the ribbons or gene names correlate with the number of spot forming cells (SFC). Schoenberger Lab
